بلاغ صحفي حول احالة عميد كلية الآداب منوبة أمام المحكمة

  اجتمع الأعضاء المؤسسون لهيئة الدفاع عن القيم الجامعية والحريات الأكاديمية عشية الجمعة 22 جوان 2012 بمقر الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان وبعد تبادل الأخبار بشأن حملات التكفير التي طالت المبدعين والفنانين التشكيليين والاعتداءات على الأساتذة الجامعيين تم التركيز على مسألة استدعاء الأستاذ حبيب القزدغلي عميد كلية الآداب والفنون والإنسانيات بمنوبة للمثول يوم الخميس 05 جويلية 2012 أمام الحكمة الابتدائية بمنوبة بتهمة الاعتداء بالعنف على طالبة منقبة وبعد النقاش  أجمع الحاضرون  على اصدار بلاغ للرأي العام يعلنون فيه:

   استنكارهم  احالة عميد كلية منتخب امام المحكمة  بصفة متهم بعد أن تم الاعتداء عليه وهو بحالة أدائه لوظيفته كعميد  واقتحام مكتبه دون استئذان من طرف فتاتين منقبتين  قامتا ببعثرة أثاثه ومحاولة اتلاف وثائقه مثلما عاين ذلك السيد وكيل الجمهورية لدى المحكمة الابتدائية بمنوبة الذي حل  عشية ذلك اليوم بمكتب العميد وسط أجواء مشحونة من التضليل والعنف وقذف مكتب العميد بالحجارة وهي أعمال مهدت  الى الاعتداء من الغد على العلم التونسي من طرف مجموعات دينية متشددة لا علاقة لها بالجامعة.

   دعمهم ووقوفهم الى جانب عميد كلية الآداب بمنوبة وأعضاء مجلسها العلمي وكافة أساتذتها وموظفيها وطلبتها ويهنئونهم   لتوفقهم في انقاذ سنة جامعية كانت مهددة في أكثر من مناسبة  و انجاز دورتي امتحانات أخر السنة بهدوء وسلام بعد أن تم تطبيق القوانين الجامعية وفرض احترام الضوابط الأكاديمية المعمول بها عالميا.

 حرصهم على ضرورة التنسيق مع الجامعة العامة للتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي والرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان وكافة الجمعيات المنضوية في تنسيقية الدفاع عن الابداع والحريات من أجل تكليف محامين للدفاع عن العميد وتنظيم لقاء اعلامي قبل المحاكمة.

يجددون مطالبتهم سلطة الاشراف بضرورة تحمل مسؤولياتها كاملة في ضمان أمن المؤسسات الجامعية والالتزام بالحماية الجسدية والمعنوية للجامعيين وتطبيق القانون على كل من هددوا أمن الأشخاص وانتهكوا حرمة موظفين كانوا بصدد أدائهم لواجباتهم.

يعلنون تجندهم للحضور يوم الخميس 05 جويلية 2012 في المحكمة الابتدائية بمنوبة للتعبير عن تضامنهم مع العميد  حبيب القزدغلي وكافة أساتذة وطلبة كلية الآداب والفنون والإنسانيات بمنوبة الذين استبسلوا جميعا منذ شهر نوفمبر الماضي  في الدفاع عن حرمة الجامعة التونسية وقيمها الخالدة  لتبقى على الدوام مصدر اشعاع علمي يجدد المعرفة ويعمل من أجل تـونس مزدهرة وعصرية.

Communiqué de presse relatif à la mise en examen du Doyen de la Faculté des lettres de la Manouba, le jeudi 5 juillet 2012

Les membres fondateurs du Comité de défense des valeurs universitaires, de l’autonomie institutionnelle et des libertés académiques se sont réunis le vendredi 22 juin au siège de la Ligue tunisienne des droits de l’homme (LTDH). Après avoir discuté des campagnes de « takfir », dont les acteurs et les créateurs sont la cible, et des différentes agressions contre les universitaires, ils ont examiné de façon particulière la question de la mise en examen de M. Habib Kazdaghli, doyen de la Faculté des lettres, des arts et des humanités de la Manouba qui, accusé d’avoir agressé une étudiante portant le « niqab », doit, en effet, comparaitre devant le Tribunal de première instance de la Mannouba, le 5 juillet 2012, à 9h.

Face à cette regrettable situation,  le Comité de défense des valeurs universitaires, de l’autonomie institutionnelle et des libertés académiques a décidé d’alerter l’opinion  publique et d’exprimer :

-Son refus de  la mise en examen du Doyen élu de la Faculté de la Mannouba, qui est non pas  le coupable mais la victime d’une agression alors qu’il accomplissait son devoir. Deux étudiantes portant le « niqab » se sont, en effet, introduites dans son bureau, en ont endommagé le mobilier. Elles ont  dispersé  les documents et tenté de détruire les dossiers qui s’y trouvaient. Ces infractions ont été constatées par le Procureur de la République auprès du Tribunal de première instance de La Mannouba, l’après-midi du 6 mars 2012. Ce même jour, le bureau du Doyen avait été la cible de plusieurs jets de pierres.  L’atmosphère était très tendue à la Faculté de la Mannouba, elle allait encore  s’assombrir jusqu’à aboutir, le lendemain, à la profanation du drapeau tunisien.

-Sa solidarité au  Doyen de la Faculté de la Manouba, aux membres du Conseil scientifique, aux enseignants, aux fonctionnaires et aux étudiants, dont la vigilance et la mobilisation toujours vivaces ont permis de sauver tant l’université que l’année universitaire qui a été, à maintes reprises, sérieusement menacée.

-La nécessité de collaborer avec le Syndicat général de l’enseignement supérieur, la Ligue tunisienne des droits de l’homme et les associations. Leur concours permettra d’assurer la défense du  Doyen et l’organisation préalable d’une conférence de presse.

-Son appel réitéré à l’autorité de tutelle afin qu’elle assume ses responsabilités administratives en assurant la sécurité des institutions universitaires et en protégeant les enseignants, les étudiants et le personnel administratif  des agressions physiques et morales.

-Sa mobilisation et sa présence, le jeudi 5 juillet 2012,  à partir de 9h, auprès du Doyen Habib Kazdaghli, lors de l’audience qui se tiendra au Tribunal de première instance de La Mannouba

Press communiqué relative to the examination of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters of la Manouba on Thursday July 5, 2012

The founding members of the Committee for the defense of university values , institutional autonomy and academic freedoms gathered on Friday, June 22 at the headquarters of the Tunisian Human Rights League (LTDH).

After discussing the various “takfir” (excommunication) campaigns targeting actors and creators, as well as the different aggressions against academics, they closely examined the examination of M. Habib Kazdaghli, Dean of the Faculty of Letters, Arts and Humanities of la Manouba, who is accused who having aggressed a female student wearing the “niqab” (full face Islamic veil) and who will appear before the first instance court of la Manouba on July 5, at 9am.

Faced with this regrettable situation, the Committee for the defense of university values, institutional autonomy and academic freedoms has decided to alert public opinion and to express:

1) Its refusal of the examination of the elected Dean of the Faculty of Letters of la Manouba who is not the guilty party but the victim of an aggression while exercising his duties. Two female students wearing the “niqab” did effectively enter his office and proceeded to destroy the furniture, and to scatter and destroy the documents lying on his desk. These infractions were duly witnessed by the prosecutor at the Manouba first instance tribunal on March 6, 2012. The same day, the Dean’s office was the target of several stone throws. The atmosphere which was already very tense that day would worsen the following day when the Tunisian flag was desecrated by a Salafist.

2) Its solidarity with the Dean of the Faculty of Letters of la Manouba , the members of the scientific council, the teachers, the civil servants and the students whose ever present vigilance and mobilization enabled to save the university, as well as the academic year which was seriously threatened on many occasions.

3) The need to work together with the general higher education union, the Tunisian league of human rights and the various associations . Their help will allow us to ensure the defense of the Dean and the prior organization of a press conference.

4) Its repeated call to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to assume its administrative responsibilities, ensure the security of academic institutions while protecting students and administrative staff from physical and moral aggressions.

5) Its mobilization and presence on Thursday, July 5 as of  9 am alongside Dean Habib Kazdaghli during the hearing which be held at the Manouba first instance tribunal.
